Steven Wilson has launched a video for the exquisite track ‘Perfect Life’, taken from his forthcoming new album Hand. Cannot. Erase. due to be released on 2nd March ( 25th Feb Japan / 27th Feb Germany, 3rd March USA & Canada).
‘Perfect Life’ was directed by Youssef Nassar and features Steven Wilson on acoustic and electric guitars, keyboards, mellotron M4000, programming and vocals / Chapman Stick and backing vocals – Nick Beggs / Fender Rhodes – Adam Holzman / Drums – Marco Minnemann / Voice – Katherine Jenkins.
Hand. Cannot. Erase. the fourth solo album from the four-time Grammy nominee, multi-instrumentalist and producer takes inspiration from an astonishing and chillingly true story of a 38 year-old girl called Joyce Vincent who died alone in a bedsit in Wood Green, London, in 2003 and, through a perfect storm of tragic circumstances, remained undiscovered for over two years.
